The Viceroy is the leader of the flabbys. He is believed

to be physic and also one of the richest fish in the

universe. The reason he is called Viceroy is simple. 127

years ago there was King Flabby, Viceroy Flabby and

100 Vice-Viceroys. However the public didn't like the

name King and thought it sounded silly. They also

thought Viceroy sounded better. As a result there was

the biggest riot in flabby history and the title King was

eventually completely erased from Flabby memory and

since then there has just been the Viceroy and his 100

Vice-Viceroys.

This is the Viceroy himself. The hat he is wearing is

called the Flabuche. There are many rumours associated

with this precious hat. The main three are these. Firstly,

it is rumoured that the Flabuche contains all or at least

some of the Viceroy's massive wealth of diamonds.

Other rumours are that the hat makes the Viceroy

physic and that the diamond at the top of the flabuche is

the rarest kind in the universe.

This is the Vice-Viceroy. As you can see his hat is not

quite as impressive as the Viceroy's Flabuche and is

therefore called the Vice Flabuche. There is only one

Vice-Viceroy and the rank below him is Vice-Vice-

Viceroy flabby. This system continues down to the V

100 Viceroy.
